If you liked Inception, you’d love M.C. Escher’s graphic works, which might as well have been inspired from an intricate sci-fi dream.
I’ve revisited his museum in Amsterdam and there’s only one word I have for you: utterly breathtaking!
In Den Haag (The Hague), in a gorgeous old palace, one can admire all the ,,impossible” works of the Dutch artist, in which figures frequently walk up and down stairs in neverending loops. His fantastic structures, which could never exist in reality, are an interplay of optical illusion and perspective.
